Debbie Joseph founded her firm to provide consulting, training, coaching and project management to professionals, synagogues, non-profits, cohorts of learning communities and national non-profit organizations. She brings a decidedly practical bent to her practice. She is an expert in helping leaders and organizations get things done in the right way, at the right time with the right people. As an elite athlete and competitive diving coach, Debbie approaches her practice with an energetic drive and a winning mentality.

Debbie has over 25 years of leadership and coaching experience, including six years as Brand Manager and Training Manager for the Procter & Gamble Company. At P&G's Folger Coffee Plant in New Orleans, Debbie was responsible for the training and career development of 500 employees.

In 2005, when Hillel at the University of Florida was moving into a brand-new 23,000 square foot facility to serve its 7,000+ Jewish students, Debbie was the one responsible for the growth of the organization, hiring and managing the significantly larger staff, creating new building and operational policies and managing day-to-day programming and operations.

Debbie was personally invited to be the first Executive Director of the Sebastian Ferrero Foundation in Gainesville, Florida, an organization advocating and fundraising for an improved pediatric health care system. In her first year, she recruited and trained a high-powered Board of Directors, created the organizational brand and helped raise more than $1 million.

For ten years, Debbie held multiple leadership positions for the Union for Reform Judaism, always specializing in creating new initiatives, programs and services.

Debbie Joseph just completed a short-term role as the Director of Synagogue Programming and Adult Education for the Park Avenue Synagogue, a 1,600 family Conservative congregation in New York City where she expanded her skills, experience and knowledge to bring her clients an even broader, stonger consulting and coaching perspective.

No matter the topic, no matter how quickly a project needs to be completed, you can count on Debbie Joseph Consulting, Inc to provide practical, professional expertise.
